The Intensive English Program helps students meet the varying academic needs associated with pursuing a university track. Students will learn an appropriate mix of academic, as well as functional English, while integrating skills to support learning and growth. The program is broken into 6 separate levels, utilizing custom textbooks and interactive group assignments to help students master the English Language.
Prepare to become comfortable with the English language and receive an ESL certificate.
The objective of the Intensive English Program Plus is to meet the varying academic needs of students in new and creative ways. Similar to our Intensive English Program (IEP), this program is primarily meant to serve those students who are on a university track and wish to learn both academic and functional English and gain the skills to fit more easily into an English speaking society. Students will learn an appropriate mix of academic, as well as functional English, while integrating skills to support learning and growth.
The IEP+ is held in the heart of the city at our Downtown Chicago Campus Addition, and will give students a unique opportunity to practice their English language skills by visiting places such as: the Financial District Willis Tower (formerly Sears Tower), the Field Museum, Navy Pier, and much more!
Price includes: course tuition, testing fee, books, use of computer labs, handout photocopies.
