Even if you speak English fluently and confidently, there might happen situations when you don't understand what someone says. For example, you work in an office and often hear your co-workers use phrases and expressions which make absolutely no sense to you. Well, it's called "Business jargon" and it can be pretty annoying.

There are various reasons why companies use team building activities. Ice breakers (described in the previous article) are just one example of them. They can be used for communication improvement, morale boost, motivation, productivity development, for co-workers to get to know each other better, just to name a few.

Last night as I was cooking dinner, Michael Jackson's song "The Way You Make Me Feel" came on the radio. As I was dancing around my kitchen and singing the song, I heard this expression and wanted to share it with you!
